All Classes are offered face to face but there is the option of being able to Zoom in if this better suits you needs.
Classes are held upstairs at Vitality Semaphore or at Manna Studio McLaren Vale.

FULL COURSE - GROUP CLASS - Amazing value at $550 per couple
A comfortable group setting, up to 6 couples
12 hours of training of the Hypnobirthing Australia™ program with Nikki a Registered Midwife and Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner in person face to face (subject to change around covid restrictions).
West Based Group workshops are held upstairs at Vitality Semaphore, 69 Semaphore Rd, Semaphore 5019 and South Based Group Workshops are held at Manna Studio, 211 Main Road , McLaren Vale 5171.
FULL COURSE - PRIVATE CLASS - $900 per couple

12 hours of personalised training of the Hypnobirthing Australia™ program I teach you and your birth partner in the comfort of your own home or via Zoom if you prefer on days and times that suit you around my availability.
These sessions can run over 4x3 hour sessions or 2x6 hour sessions on days and times suitable to your needs (depending on my availability).
HALF GROUP / HALF PRIVATE - $750 per couple

Complete the other 2 units in a private session either in person face to face or via Zoom.

Arrange a private 6hr workshop with me to cover any of the 2 units from the full course so you get personalised training in person face to face in the comfort of your own home where I come to you or can be done via Zoom where I teach you and your birth partner online and you can log in from the comfort of your own home.

The comprehensive physical Certified Hypnobirthing Australia™ parent resource folio (valued over $200) to keep containing practical resources for you to use including; hypnosis scripts, visualisations, affirmations, acupressure and birth preferences (folio is referred to throughout the course) that includes;

Best time to do the course… So if you are between 20-34 weeks of your pregnancy this is the perfect time to do a course but it is never too late to learn so please contact me if group class dates don’t work for you or you are concerned it is too close to your estimated due date. Most couples I teach attend around 28-32 weeks of pregnancy but I have had couples from 18 weeks right up to 38 weeks attend a group class.
